Subscription Terms, Fees, and Payments; Automatic Renewal and Cancellation for Trendsapio

Trendsapio provides a range of subscription options on Trendsapio.com, including month-to-month, semi-annual (6-month), and annual (12-month) plans for all premium services, except for print publication subscriptions, which are exclusively available on annual (12-month) terms. The duration of the subscription period is chosen by you during the enrollment process. Note that the frequency of print subscriptions may change without prior notice.

All subscriptions are set to automatically renew. This implies that upon becoming a subscriber, your subscription will be automatically renewed, and your credit or debit card will be charged according to the chosen subscription program (annually, semiannually, or monthly) unless you choose to opt out or cancel by following the instructions in these terms of use. By subscribing to the premium services, you authorize Trendsapio to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to your credit or debit card. In some instances, when you subscribe to a free trial of the premium services, you may be required to authorize, and by accepting these terms of use, you expressly authorize Trendsapio to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to your credit or debit card upon the expiration of the free trial.

Upon initial subscription, your credit or debit card is charged immediately for the initial term at the prevailing fee. For free trials, there is no charge during the trial period. Unless you notify Trendsapio of your decision to terminate your subscription or free trial, it will automatically renew at the end of each term or free trial (if applicable) at the then-current fee.

Charges for the renewal term are processed in advance on your billing date, corresponding to the monthly, semi-annual, or anniversary of your subscription activation. If the activation date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st day of a month without a corresponding billing date, it will be on the last day of that month. Sales or use taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility and may be included in each periodic statement.

Trendsapio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend access to your account or deactivate your account without notice if Trendsapio is unable to process your payment or if payment is past due, regardless of the amount. You agree to pay any outstanding balance in full within thirty (30) days of cancellation or termination of your subscription. You may update any of your billing information, including a change to your desired billing payment method, through your account settings on Trendsapio.com.

By completing the enrollment process, you understand and agree that unless and until you cancel your subscription to the premium services:

1. Your subscription to the premium services will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period and continue for another subscription period.
2. You will automatically be billed at the start of each new subscription period.
3. Periodic charges for each new subscription period will be automatically billed to your designated billing payment method.

Opting out of Renewal:

1. You may terminate enrollment in automatic renewal at any time by contacting Trendsapio online, emailing support@trendsapio.com. Your subscription to the premium services shall be deemed terminated on the last day of the then-in-effect subscription period unless provided within ten days of an auto-renewal. You agree that except as provided herein, the subscription fee is non-refundable once paid.

Unauthorized Charges:

1. You acknowledge and agree that you, and not Trendsapio, are responsible for paying any amounts billed to your credit or debit card by a third party that was not authorized by you.

Billing Discrepancies:

1. Unless you notify Trendsapio of any discrepancies within forty five (45) days after they first appear on your payment statement, they will be deemed accepted by you, and you release Trendsapio from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any such error or discrepancy.

Fees Subject to Change:

Trendsapio provides various subscription plans, each with unique features and pricing. As a user, you can choose the plan that fits your requirements and eligibility. Payment for subscriptions will align with the selected plan. Prices and features of the plans may be adjusted as per these terms. Users will receive advance notice of any price modifications, and if you disagree with the new pricing, you can opt to change or cancel your subscription after the current term expires, in accordance with these terms.

Cancellations and Refunds:

You may cancel a free trial at any time during the trial period and incur no charge. After the free trial is complete, you will be charged at the rate and schedule selected when you enrolled in the trial. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for a refund but can be canceled to prevent additional future charges. For all initial purchases of subscriptions longer than one month, you may cancel before renewal to prevent future renewal charges or cancel during the first ten (10) days after purchase or renewal to remain eligible for a full refund on the subscription payment. If your subscription begins with a free trial and converts into an annual subscription, the ten-day refund period begins once the free trial ends. If the cancellation occurs after the first ten days or if the charge was for a monthly subscription, you will not receive a refund. For all renewals of subscriptions longer than one month, you may cancel within ten days of the renewal date and receive a full refund; cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund. Monthly subscriptions (both initial subscriptions and renewals) may be canceled at any time, but you will not receive a refund. If you cancel your subscription but are not eligible for a refund, you will retain access to the Websites until your subscription expires. Cancellations may be made by filing a customer support ticket at www.trendsapio.com/support, by emailing support@trendsapio.com, or by calling customer service at 1-917-725-6367. Your cancellation must be received by the end of business (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the appropriate day as described above or earlier. All refunds will be given to the original credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account.

Notwithstanding the above, refunds for casting notices listed in print editions of Trendsapio Magazine are governed by a separate policy, found under the print options section.

We will remove your listing information, including your photograph, from the Websites within ten days of your request by filing a customer support ticket at www.trendsapio.com/contact, emailing customers@trendsapio.com, calling customer service at 1-917-725-6367, or by receipt of a written request mailed to us at the address outlined in Section 21 below.

Apple App Store Subscription Terms:

Notwithstanding sections 10.1 – 10.6, the following terms relate solely to purchasing a subscription to Trendsapio via the Trendsapio Casting iOS App through the Apple App Store. The Trendsapio app is free to download, and all users can view and search available casting notices. Upgrading to a subscription allows users to build a professional talent profile and apply to all casting notices available on Trendsapio.

If you choose to purchase a subscription to Trendsapio, your payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew each month or year 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off. Auto-renew may be turned off at any time from your iTunes account settings. Prices for subscriptions are in U.S. dollars and may vary in countries other than the U.S. and are subject to change without notice. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. If you don’t choose to purchase a Trendsapio subscription, you can continue to use the Trendsapio Casting app for free.

All refund requests and cancellation requests for subscriptions created in the Trendsapio Casting iOS App and processed by the Apple App Store must be submitted to Apple via your iTunes account.

Additional Terms:

In some instances, additional terms or end-user license agreements apply to some services, products, software, competitions, or promotions offered via the Websites. Such terms are posted in connection with the applicable service, product, software, competition, or promotion and are in addition to these terms of use. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms prevail over these terms of use. Trendsapio may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the websites at any time and without prior notice.
